Before founding International Oil & Gas Holding Corp., Mr. McAllister most recently co-founded Mobile Wireless Security (MWLS), which offered wireless streaming video security solutions. Prior to that he was president of Entertainment Direct TV, which was acquired by Broadband Wireless International Corporation, where he served as co-Chairman and CEO. Mr. McAllister was CEO of Dudley Bernichi Diamonds in Cape Town, South Africa, exporting investment grade diamonds from South Africa.

His Majesty Dr. Nana Sanzule Manwere Andam I is the co-founder and co-chairman of Oincitra Inc., an integrated multinational corporation with subsidiary companies in Technology, Oil and Gas, Agriculture, Media & Entertainment, Mining, Trade & Commerce, Green Automotive Manufacturing, and Aviation. He is also the general partner and chairman of Side Equity Ventures, a Singapore based investment advisory firm focused on the emerging markets. 

Dr. Andam is an inventor, technologist, serial entrepreneur, and an investment visionary whose brainchild fund has diversified its portfolio into strategically placed investments in companies that solve problems within major emerging markets around the globe. Dr. Andam has a variety of patents to his name in fields ranging from medical claims data transfer software to video email and intensive data relay technologies.

Melanie has over 10 years of Management experience with an extensive background in Mortgage Banking, Human Resources and Communications. Born and raised in Cape Town South Africa, left Cape Town to pursue her dreams of travel, and after a brief stint in London, working with one of the Largest Publishing companies in London, Bloomsbury Publishing and Retail Giant, Harrods, Melanie married Keith McAllister, a Detroit Michigan Entrepreneurial native and made the United States their home. Currently Vice President of Communications and Human Resources for the leading Reverse Mortgage Bank in California, since 2012 she worked herself up from Mortgage Assistant to the Executive Team.  Melanie prides herself in preparing all Press Releases for the company and took the lead in managing the COVID crisis that hit the California Mortgage industry in 2020/1.

 Mr. Taylor is a technical graduate from Canterbury College and holds various diplomas in business, sales, and project management. 

As a business developer, with over 30 years experience, Mr. Taylor began the journey in the 1990s marketing and selling Timeshare resorts affiliated with RCI. As the millennium approached Mr. Taylor moved focus to his own companies and partnered with specialist expertise to grow businesses. 

Recently Mr. Taylor has concentrated on bringing his expertise as a special projects director to assist companies to establish their own business development processes. 

Mrs. Anita Andam joins the Oicintra executive team as the companies chief operations officer and has been responsible for the expansion of its footprint across Southern Africa, East Africa, and West Africa. The focus of Mrs. Andams team is to build the integrated acquisition and growth cycle strategies to make the company a household brand of choice in the renewable power sector while engaging stakeholders across Africa to introduce new methods of natural resource extraction and processing..

 Before joining the company, she worked as the operations director of SEV Global, a company based in Singapore with a focus on developing  emerging markets capitalization and advisory services for governments looking for alternative financing models to grow their economy. She was also  the Managing director AND CEO of XPAT CONSULT, a portfolio company under SEV Global that offered consulting services to expatriates who gain contracts in most African Countries and needed the support services to meet their registrations and residency permits, and other ancillary needs to help them settle well in the countries the company operates within.

Antonio Allen has 14 years of Management experience with an extensive background in Business Development, Marketing & Entrepreneurship. He also specializes in Contract & Deal preparation, and Sales & strategic partnership negotiations. Mr. Allen also has a vast knowledge of the Music Entertainment Industry. With managing artists and negotiating contracts with Music Labels such as Bad Boy, Cash Money, Grand Hustle, Atlantic Records, and Next Plateau.

Darwin R Payton, Sr studied Business at Michigan State University and was the Senior Manager of the 1979 NCAA Mens Basketball Championship Team. As Executive Vice President of Oicintra Inc, his 35 years experience in Sports and Entertainment will be a great asset to the company. Darwin’s greatest attribute is his business and celebrity relationships and ability to think out of the box.

Experienced Sales Professional and Entrepreneur with diverse and progressive experience in business operations for the private sector and large corporations. Extensive background in insurance sales for life, health and tax shelter annuities, marketing, business development, strategic planning, business management and real estate development. Very strong communication skills in oral presentations and writing sales and marketing plans.

Vitri is a vibrant young business owner and lawyer by profession. Soon after obtaining his degree in law and successfully completing Law school. Vitri committed his time to assisting people with free legal advice. Whilst doing this, he established a very successful company which focuses on attracting and assisting foreign direct investors in how to do business in South Africa. His main interest is the establishment of more manufacturing companies for insurance of employment creation for South Africans and reducing the need to import products that can be manufactured locally.

Dr. Ron Tripp was the president of U.S. Operations of the Mendel Japan Corporation based in Tokyo, Japan, an import export company focused on hard commodities in the international market. He currently serves as President of USA Judo, the National Governing Body for the sport and is a past member of the U.S. Olympic Committee. A seven time world medalist and World Champion, Dr. Tripp has a proven record of success in business and in his personal endeavors.

Rolene is a talented, hard-working individual who brings energy and passion into Oicintra as the companies secretary and assistant to the board chairman and co-chairman. Her strong work ethic and dedication, leads to her consistent ability to coordinate high level activities under a variety of conditions and constraints. She is able to stay calm and continue to deliver under pressure when needed the most. As a “people’s person”, Rolene is bubbly, enthusiastic and well-spoken. She has a professional image in appearance and presents our corporate culture well with her presence.
